Storage Limits: Each account is subject to specified storage limits depending on the plan chosen by the User. Exceeding these limits may result in service restrictions or additional fees.
File Sharing: ESODUS allows you to share files with others securely. However, you are responsible for any files you share and must ensure that the shared content does not violate these Terms.

4. User Obligations
By using ESODUS, you agree not to:
Use the Service in any way that violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
Upload, store, or share any content that is illegal, harmful, offensive, defamatory, infringing on others' intellectual property rights, or in violation of privacy rights.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or any part of the ESODUS infrastructure.

5. Intellectual Property

User Content: You retain all rights to the content you upload, store, or share via the Service ("User Content"). ESODUS does not claim ownership of your User Content, but you grant ESODUS a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, and transfer your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

Encryption: ESODUS encrypts all User Content both in transit and at rest, meaning that ESODUS does not have access to the contents of your files or data.

By User: You may terminate your account at any time by following the account deletion process provided on the Service. Upon termination, all data associated with your account may be deleted.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. ESODUS makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that:

The results that may be obtained from the use of the Service will be accurate or reliable.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ESODUS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising from your use of the Service, even if ESODUS has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event shall ESODUS's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to the Service exceed the amount paid by you to ESODUS for the specific service over the prior twelve (12) months.
